Query about Media Latching for same IP different Ports

Hello; One of our 6300 is adding two RTP streams sourced from same IP but different ports for few seconds causing the garbled voice. The scenario is; media established between an IVR and SBC, IVR sends  NOTIFY causing SBC to send INVITE to a call agent. The call agent start sending RTP after 180 Ringing and cause SBC to send 2 RTP stream from same IP but different port to peering 6300 (enterprise SBC connected with peering). Question is how can we configure SBC to avoid sending two streams ? The first stream stops when call agent sends 200OK back
