AGIS initiator hierarchy approval

Hello;

in client requirement , is to setup hierarchy approval to approve the outbound transaction.

actually , when the user create an outbound transaction it is submitted directly to the receipient,

i follow the whitpaper giving in the oracle not: 1371982.1, but this whitpaper is showing for recepient transaction type not initiator transaction type.

i even create the same setup for initiator transaction type, but i still not have approval notification.

can you help me?
