PS FIN GL - back out a journal?

we are on FIN 9.0. we had a student journal come in through Integration Broker; and all the lines appear in PS_SF_ACCTG_LN, but when we created the journal using journal generate, not all the lines came in. is there any way to delete that journal and start again?
