Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. RTE is not loading images for - psc- site reference

RTE is not loading the images recently but this process was working fine before and not sure what happened now, If we refer as -psc site, example, when we refer as ; https://SiteName.Domainname.edu/psp/appl/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/APPLICATION.PHES_SUPP_LAUNCH.GBL- the images are loading into system without any issue, and we can able to see them later,

but when we refer as -

https://SiteName.Domainname.edu/psc/appl/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/APPLICATION.PHES_SUPP_LAUNCH.GBL - we are getting the below error "

Error getting Portal psc (96,5),

"PrdmGet failed with error code 3, portal name psc"
