work Item Node and delinquent issue

Hi All

Can anyone help on these queries please

-is there any possibility to view the work item(that has created for all the customers) in separate node?

-is there any way to check the completed work items for all customers without navigating to each customer queue?

- How to remove the paid transactions from the queue(transactions tab). still it is showing delinquent status for paid invoice.

-major usage of Lifecycle tab?
