External Bank accounts upload in the PeopleSoft Banking module

We are using PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 . I am looking for a solution to upload External Bank accounts in the Banking module. As the peopletools does not support the Excel to CI feature for External Accounts upload , can anyone suggest / recommend a standard process to perform the mass upload of the External accounts.
