Change Assistant Replacement....

...curious to find out if folks have considered PS Change Assistant as a replacement for QUEST STAT, Phire, etc., for code migrations and/or release deployments. 

We use CA for maintenance/updates/upgrades etc.

We also typically have a quarterly application release that addresses client enhancements or customizations.  These releases contain many typical steps like copy/build a project, run DMS, deploy Crystal/SQR file objects, etc.  Then QUEST STAT or Phire are used to migrate/build objects through the life cycle environments.

The thought was that at a point during release life cycle (e.g. after unit testing) we could package all objects/tasks/steps into a a CA package.  Then we could use CA to deploy the package to subsequent testing (e.g. UAT) or training environments, and then ultimately to production.
