R12.2.4 Home Page : My worklist > Go to Full Worklist issue

In R12.2.4 we have a bell icon at home page to view worklist.

I can see there are 2 notifications in the work list, but when I click on 'Go to Full WorkList' the resulting page doesn't list the notifications.

Resulting page is : Engineering Work list.

I can see the notifications from Notification Manager & Manager Self Service responsibilities.

Let me know if this is a setup issue with: Home Page : My worklist > Go to Full Worklist.
