BI Publisher 11.1.1.9 availability for peoplsoft

Hi,

We are on PT 8.54.08. Recently i came across an article that i BIP 11.1.1.9 has been released. Just wanted to check if the same is available for PT 854 and we can do some sort of upgrade BIP in the same tools version?

We are planning for Office 2013 upgrade from an Enterprise level. Hence it will be better if we have this version of BIP available.
