OIM: Is user account casesensitive?
Hi all,
we face to a Problem in OIM:
Before Integration with OIM, the user Name or accounts was not casesensitive, for instance "A123" or "a123" is interprated as same user. Now, we have in OIM a big Group of users, that they have two accounts with uppercase and lowercase letters.

How can we aviod this conflict and with which Scenario?
1- Change OIM-Configuration, so that it's not more casesensitive and interprate users with uppercase und lowercase as ONE user?
2- Merge Duplicate user account with one standard. e.g. all of them with uppercase?
3- other?

It's important, before that to clear dependency of accounts with other Systems in our IT-landscape. e.g. ActiveDirectory and SAP
