How are the start_time and end_time fields in the SOURCE_DLVRY_SCHED_DAYS table being used?

Hi,

I need help in understanding how these two fields are being used especially in the replenishment process.

Also, why is it that when entering data into this field in RMS UI, only the time value is required but when checking in the database, a date and time is inserted into the table?
