Combo edit report (Excel cross-reference spreadsheet)

I've been asked by my functional management team to create an Excel spreadsheet containing a cross-reference of Business Units with their valid Department, Product, and Project ChartField values as defined by the comb edit rules in PeopleSoft GL. The spreadsheet would have Business Units as the rows, the other ChartField as the column, and then an "X" in the intersecting column/row for a valid combination. I already do something like this bi-annually for user security (users as rows, business units as columns, 'X' in the intersection showing who has access to what) but that's a lot easier since that information
