Templates are missing in ReSA 14.1 to download/upload

Hello All,

I am facing an issue while uploading and downloading the Templates in ReSA 14.1 in Manage data option.

Application allows me to select "Action","Template Category","Template Type". But when I am searching for "Templates",drop down don't have any thing to select.

Is there any configuration which need to be done before.

So,Kindly help me in finding the solution.

I am attaching the screen shot for more clarity.
