Missing template in ReSA 14.1

Hello All,

I am facing a issue while uploading and downloading templates in ReSA 14.1

I am able to select "Action","Template category","Template type" in the application .

But when I am trying to search for "Template" by clicking on drop down,I can't see any value.

Because of this issue,I am unable to configure my system properly.

Is there any configuration,which need to be done before.

I am attaching the screen shot for more clarity.

Please help me to solve this issue.
