Item Induction - Issues Tracker "Processed with Errors" is getting corrupt file

Hi All,

For some reason, when we are downloading those records under Item Induction Issue Tracker screen with "Processed with Errors" under filename.ods, when we open the file it always says file is corrupted.

But, when we go the Main Item Induction Screen and download all records that are in Staging Tables, with the same filename.ods, we are able to open it just fine.

Anybody else have this issue?

Is there anything that we are doing wrong?  I was assuming it was pretty straightforward.
