Integration broker issue with tools 8.53

Hi,

We are setuping IB for excel voucher upload process.

We tried to pong the local gateway and we recieved a message that the listening connector is active.

When we clicked on the "LOAD GATEWAY" connectors link we got the below error message.

"Integration gateway:No response received from gateway(158,10829)"

We are using load balancing and RSA in our region.

Could anyone please help with this.

We are not able to load the gateway connectors.
