Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. After changing employee supervisor, GL approval is still going to the old supervisor, what could be

Hi,

Employee A had a supervisor B. We have changed the supervisor from B to C on the employee assignment.

The GL approval is still going to B!!

What could be the prob?

We're on 12.1.3.
