ConflictAutoResolve does not Work for ProductConfigurator Web Service RCOIS

For the above mentioned structure,

if an customer is already having the product Valuepack 1, when an Add Item call is done for the second product Valuepack 2, the RCOIS BS is throwing the below mentioned error as "Bound GSM Bundle Product's Relationship Alternate Data Value Packs to be less than or equal to the maximum value 1."

The input parameters passed for the same are

AutoResolve as Y, Name as Requested Product Name, ObjId as active order id and the Parent Path, Port Item Id, Prod Item Id, Product Id, Quantity
