Setting Up Change Assistant 8.54.xx For Performing a PeopleTools Upgrade, Test connection failed !!!

Hi,

When I am trying to define database in change assistance for carrying out PeopleTools upgrade from PT 8.46.04 to PT 8.54.14.  Inspite of giving correct User ID, access id, connect id and password the Test connection to database is failing.

I am successfully able to connect to application designer and data mover of PT 8.46 database.

If anyone has faced similar issue please advise.
