Not Able To Modify Dunning Template Query - Error: Sending Process Failed: XML Data Generation Faile

Hi

I am not able to customize manage query . it is working fine with seeded but not even with seeded copy if i rename the description .

Error: Sending Process Failed: XML Data Generation Failed

workitem complete without any error but after click on send dunning it goes into error
