PS3: Automatic Creation of Disconnected Resources

Hello All, We have 500 manual or disconnected resources in OIM R1 and we would like to MIGRATE the same to OIM PS3. We would like to utilize the new disconnected resource framework for these resources in PS3 . What is the way to migrate these from R1 to PS3 ?

Are there any APIs available to create disconnected resources automatically ?
