Overtime Approval
Following are details of my requirements
Overtime Approval Rules for Individual Monthly paid employees who enter their overtime through OTL Self Service Interface:
Approval Level | Approval Person | Description |
Level 1 | Department Management Assistant | Department Management Assistant gets the notification. If certain departments doesn’t have Department Management assistants, then person who’s after level 2 of approval (Department Senior Manager/Department Head) will be the first level of approval. |
Level 2 | Employee Supervisor | Once Level 1 approver approves, employee’s assignment supervisor gets notification for approval. Supervisor will verify and approve |
Level 3 | Department Senior Manager | Employee Number/Emp Name of the Department Senior Manager is Attached to the department 3 DFF Level. |
