Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to re-send a dunning letter in R12 Collections to specific customers

Hello Experts!

We have been using R12 Staged dunning. During our initial dunning letters generation some of the letters got corrupted.

Can anybody advise please on how to regenerate and re-seng dunning letters for only certain customers?
