Unable To Create Service Provider Partner

Application: OAM 11.1.2.2

I'm trying to create an SP partner in OAM by importing metadata. I was able to do this with our dev environment but overtime I try to do this in our Prod environment, i get a pop up saying, "An internal error has occurred while creating Identity Provider Partner. Check the logs for additional information." What's funny about this is that I was creating a Service Provider Partner, not Identity. The only logs I could find when this message appears are in the AdminServer-diagnostic logs. Below are the logs that come up:

[2015-10-24T16:31:22.741-04:00] [AdminServer] [ERROR] [] [] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '5' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: oamadmin] [ecid: fa9b9ca61b61393f:-95ed01e:150550b811d:-8000-0000000000023915,0] [APP: oam_admin#11.1.2.0.0] [DSID: 0000L2RRVFIFo2fpPWs1yd1M6TsK00002o] Failed to communicate with any of configured Access Server, ensure that it is up and running.

Howdy, Stranger!
