Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Refresh button on Pay Cycle Job Request

Should the Refresh button on the Pay Cycle Job Request Page (AP_PCJOB_CREATE) check the last paycycle and update it to Processed?

It appears the last pay cycle shows as Processing (P) on the PS_AP_PCJOB_STAT table. I would expect when pressing the refresh button, the

process would change the last pay cycle from processing to processed, which would enable the Finalize Job button... and then pressing the

Finalize button, would change it to Complete.

Is this how the process should work?

We are on 9.2 and are experiencing different behavior that 8.9
