500 Internal Server Error - "loader constraints violated when linking org/w3c/dom/NamedNodeMap class

We are having an issue with People Tool Integration Broker 8.49. Whenever we try to call a CI-based web service with SOAP client (e.g. SoapUI), we got the 500 Internal Server Error, more detail on IB error log file says "loader constraints violated when linking org/w3c/dom/NamedNodeMap class" with "PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector: Throwable" exception. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
