Transactions submitted for approval not appearing in the Mobile Approvals Page

I am implementing mobile approvals for a transaction in my product.

I have set up the Mobile Approvals.

Once the transaction is submitted for approval to the next level, the transaction does not appear in the Mobile Approvals page (Self Service > Mobile Application > Approvals Icon).
