PeopleCode compile error after Fresh Installation of PeopleTools 8.54 with Campus Solution 9.0 Revis

After login PIA successfully with user PS, I tried to access some basic functions, but all of them has PeopleCode compile error:

For Example while adding a new value on System Process Requests page I get an error: "PeopleCode compile error (Assignment left hand side of type String is not compatible with right hand side of type Date. (2,47) ^ PPT) for program PRCSRQSTDLG_WRK.RESETTOCURRDTTM.FieldChange. (2,405) "
