Approval Framework audit report (for journal entries)

Hello,

I want to use the Approval Framework for GL journal entries.

The 9.1 release notes specify that "Approval Framework also provides an audit report that gives details about approval transactions". I cannot seem to find it.

Can you help me locate this report and the associated documentation in 9.1 or 9.2 release?
