GTTNEWTS.sqr for MSSQL and Change Assistant

I am trying to implement Tax Updates C-D for my system, and there is a change assistant step saying to review the output of the GTTNEWTS.sqr that was ran in step  "Verifying Specified Temporary Tablespaces Exist".

This step does not exists in our change assistant. Is this because we use Microsoft SQL Server? Or did change assistant skip running the sqr? I checked our output directory and there is no output from this SQR.
