The Change Assistant is unable to retrieve the log file

Hi,

During upgrade from HRMS9.1 to HRMS9.2. Peopletools 8.52 to Peopletools 8.54.10 when steps like Dataconversion are run, where process scheduler is used. The Change Assistant is unable to retrieve the log file. Hence the log files are not available in the output folder.

Our Process Scheduler is running on a UNIX server. So used FTP method.

CA setting >Log/output Directory points to Log_output directory on the server.


Able to FTP from windows to Linux and sftp linux to linux.
