ODS_CHG_LOG table is 80GB. How do we control its size?

We have OID patched to 11.1.1.7.0.  As the title says, the tablespace and its underlying datafile containing this table, ODS_CHG_LOG, has grown to 80gb.  How do we purge it?  How do we control its size in the future.  We have no replication.  The instance is standalone.
