PTF run Portal Security Sync successfully but get failure in log, why???

Hi everyone.  We are on 9.1, 8.52.

I have successfully created a ptf script that runs the Portal Security Sync.  I also added the prcname=PORTAL_CSS;wait=true; statement and when I run this script I can watch the process scheduler, process monitor page refreshing until the process finishes.  Once it finishes, the ptf sends me back to my Portal Security Sync run control page.  Everything seems great to me but the log that is created in ptf says it failed (see attached).

So the ptf log is saying it failed, even though I watched the process run and finish successfully in PeopleSoft.  I don't understand why it is doing this and can't find any documentation on the web that is telling me what the issue is.  Can someone please assist?
