How to expend shopping Cart applet in Quote Browse catalog view

Hello,

In IP14 OPEN UI at Quote-Browse Catalog View(Quote-->Catalog-->Browse)  there is Shopping Cart applet name "Quote Item List Applet - Short OUI" . By Default this applet in COLLASPED mode. User has to click "Cart" icon in applet "Quote Catalog Product List Applet - Add to Cart Tree" to make visible for applet "Quote Item List Applet - Short OUI"

On support web I found Bug 21880184 : QUOTE BROWSER CATALOG VIEW SHOPPING CART DEFULT COLLASPED. Didn't see any workaround solution. Just checking is any alternative to make expand the applet by default.
