OTL: How can we calculate overtime hours for approval.

Hello,

we have a requirement of different levels of approval for overtime. We have defined Earning policy  such that, if Regular hours is more then 8hrs then time will split in to Over time for first 4hrs and Double time for next 4hrs and triple time there after.

  Hear employee will be entering time card when he works over time only. And we have a Monthly approval Style.

Our Requirement:  If Over time entered is < 15 hours it has to go for Manager  approval, and If overtime  is >15 and <60 hours it has to go for another Sr.Manager for approval and if Over time is >60 hours it has go for Business Head  approval.
