Unable to create allocation

Hi All,

I have created allocation in version 14.1 in submit/approved status.

Allocation is present in ALC_HEAD table with 'E'rror status.

I found following error for these invoices in RAF_ASYNC_TASK.

Configuration file /oracle/retail/apps/alc/calc/appmodule/common/bc4j.xcfg is not found in the classpath.; nested exception is: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-29000.
