PeopleTools 8.54 Activity Guide Task Progress Bar - How to Enable.

We are 9.1, Ptools 8.54 Bundle #7.

We have set up an Activity Guide, however the Task Progress does not update based on completed tasks. How do we configure the Activity Guide to best utilize the Task Progress feature? Thank you!
