Error getting content Unable to get document.

Hi All,

We are getting the error as Error getting content  "Unable to get document" in PeopleSoft PIA.when accessing any menu component in the PeopleSoft online application. Able to login successfully and navigate through the menus but when clicking on any menu/component, it is not retrieving back any data. Web and app log dont have any details.
