Is it possible to calculate tax against the List Price and not the actual Price field?

We would like the business to start using the List Price and Market Price fields in Purchasing.  However they have a requirement for certain POs wherein tax is calculated against the listed price (actual) and not the discounted price which is what's entered in the Price field.

Besides the option of creating another line for tax, is it possible to have ebTax calculate tax based on the amount in the List Price field and not the Price field?
