Use of Summary match rule type(s)

Hi there,

There are some Rules, e.g. 800 or 810, which are delivered with a Type of "Summary/Global Match Only".

And these rules are not delivered as part of a delivered Rule Control (I am checking in PUM Image 10).

Is there any specific set up (or a customization) required for using these rules? Do we need to put them in a particular order? For example, before or after a section of rules?
