Drilling URL's in Scheduled Query Emailed Excel

Hi Everyone!

I have a couple of queries that we have created Drilling URL's on a field, taking the recipient to a specific page in PeopleSoft. The query is scheduled to email out daily in excel.

When I run the query online and export to excel, I can see the value is a URL and when I select it, I am taken to the desired page in PS. When the recipient of the same scheduled query attempts to select the URL from the excel file emailed to them the URL is broken. They receive an error "cannot open the specified file".
