FIN 9.2 Cash Management - Bank Recon - getting 'amount not equal'

We went live with FIN 9.2 today - tools 8.4; PUM 12. when we run the automatic bank recon, all of our entries are coming out in exception - amounts not equal.

I know there was a bug for this but we tested PUM 12 and it all worked fine. now that we are live it is not working in PROD.

any ideas?
