System Refresh / Truncate scripts

We have our environment where we have tested a lot of scenarios and there any many scripts / objects / patches deployed in the environment.

We have completed the data conversion activities in other environment and we need to bring the converted data to out testing environment.

Are there any scripts or list of tables that we can truncate and migrate the data instead of restoring the fresh backup?

The environment backup would result in deploying all the objects again.

Any suggestions to avoid this and also truncate the all respective tables and migrate the data.
