Upgrade Branding objects from source to target system

I don't use the Interaction Hub but I am using the Branding features of PeopleTools 8.54.  How do I upgrade branding configuration from one system to another?  I don't have access to the EPPBRALLEXP.DMS etc scripts as I don't have IHUB installed.
