Pre-Delinquency monitoring

Hi,

We're implementing Advanced Collections but only have the functionality covered by the standard EBS license and not the Advanced Collections license.  One of our requirements is to give collectors the ability to monitor and follow-up on pre-delinquent transactions.

If we were using the extended license, we understand that this could be achieved using strategies for pre-delinquencies. Is there any way to generate tasks or an indication of pre-delinquencies without using strategies ?
