How to implement role hierarchy in OIM 11g R2 PS2?

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to implement role hierarchy in OIM PS2.Following are the use cases.

o Create/modify/delete role anywhere in the hierarchy

o Parent ~ child relationship

o Changing parent role 

o Changing/adding/deleting child role

o Combining roles – parent roles

o Combining roles – child roles

o Splitting roles – parent roles

o Splitting roles – child roles

Please tell if we can achieve this using OIM.
