SAIP Target Setup version question

When setting up a SAIP Target and version is 2-0-2012r1 and running the SA Integration Pack > Run Bulk Data Exchange and choosing the service name of Group, in the output for the service name it puts <bdems:serviceName>gmsv2p0</bdems:serviceName>.


If the SAIP Target version is set to 2-0-2011, and running the SA Integration Pack > Run Bulk Data Exchange for the service name of Group, in the output for the service name it puts "<bdems:serviceName>GroupManagementService</bdems:serviceName "


These files get sent over to our Blackboard LMS and the 2-0-2011 will get loaded.     The other one (2012r1)  will not load out.      Has anyone encountered this issue between CS and the LMS(Blackboard).
