tax lines not created automaticlly in AP invoices for receipt matched invoice

tax lines not created automatically in AP invoices for receipt matched invoice. consultant suggested following workaround

1. Click on Tools
2. Select “Matched Invoice Tax details”
3. A new screen opens
4. Click on Copy
5. Close the screen
6. Query the Invoice again

it is cumbersome and time consuming , is there any profile option available to automate this process.  Our version is 12.2.4
