Workflow Background Process Alert when CP is deactivate

I have Schedule 3 Workflow Background Process with below  Parameters

CP: 1.Process Deferred =Y  ,Process Timeout=N , Process Stuck =N  with  Schedule Interval 4 min.

CP :2.Process Deferred =N   ,Process Timeout=Y , Process Stuck =N  with Schedule Interval 45 min.

CP: 3.Process Deferred =N  ,Process Timeout=N , Process Stuck =N  with Schedule  Interval   1 day.

CP:2 and CP:3 running fine but CP:1 its deactivate after some days.

How can i set the alert for all Workflow Background Process CP when its De-active send notification on mail or workflow list.
