PIA servlet logging SE_SENDTIMEOUT not set in webprofile

Below are the messages in PIA servlet logs,are these timeouts different from Tuxedo send,receive timeouts as they have already been set in webprofile,if they are same why these messages are getting logged and if not where these can be set.
